Important Notes

  1. All dimensions in millimeters unless otherwise stated.
  2. Nominal geometry defined by the 3D CAD file; unlisted features refer to the CAD file with tolerances of +/- 0.1 mm unless specified.
  3. Remove all burrs and break all sharp edges; corner radii should be a maximum of R0.5 unless stated.
  4. Machined surfaces should have a roughness of Ra 1.6 unless stated otherwise.
  5. Conform to BS 8888 and ISO 8015 for tolerancing.
  6. Components must be labeled with part numbers and revisions, using durable labels or bags. Include sequential numbers if in batches (e.g., XXX-REV 1/5).
  7. Dimensions provided from stock material where applicable.
  8. All dimensions and tolerances apply post-finish and surface treatment.
  9. Profile can be left as cut where indicated; edges must be fully deburred.
  10. Mask all indicated holes prior to anodizing.
  11. Mask all sides of the indicated area before bead blasting and anodizing.
  12. Laser etch part numbers and revisions, including sequential numbers if in batches (e.g., XXX-REV 1/5).
